The Oregon Gymnastics Academy is a tax exempt, nonprofit, organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The OGA Corporation owns all the gym equipment and the gym operation. The day-to-day operation of the facility is in the capable hands of our professional paid staff, with policy set by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Parents of children in OGA programs are all members of a nonprofit corporation. Additionally, any member of the community who wants to further the purposes of OGA may become a member. There are nine positions on the Board of Directors, and elections are held at an annual meeting each spring. Parents are always encouraged to attend the board meetings. In addition, a binder containing Board meeting minutes is available in the office for all parents to keep informed of Board activities. As members, we have various opportunities for input concerning the specifics of the organization.
